Lost in Thought

lost in time

loss of acuity

I’ve lost my focus

adrift in the abyss

something is amiss

I can’t find the source

I’ve lost my focus

I have to recenter myself

I have to clear my mind

I have to work towards my destiny

But I’ve lost my focus

Obliterate my old ways

seek out new days

reforge my present into a new destiny
