Finest Hour

Finest Hour

We have long since left our world’s Finest Hour

Due to our beings reveling in corruption & Power

Our world is now being made devoid of truth

Hearts are too easily lead to commit murders like Dylan Roof

Pride, Justice, & Decency is clearly on the back burner

Since young people commit heinous rapes like Brock Turner

Every day now is a blood covered sight

Because people have been battered, beaten, & executed before Miranda Rights

Our youth’s Brains are clouded in smoke, faces in phones

Even peaceful police protest become gruesome warzones

In recent history, our youth is yet to experience a world at peace

As violence & war persists, life is soon to cease

The world is lacerated, needs to be healed by love

We need to make peace more than the elegant imagery of a dove

We’ve too long been at war with politics, media and self

Led by leaders whom by any means seek out wealth

In a world where spilling blood is as good as currency

A desensitized world where violence, unless to self, doesn’t instill a sense of urgency

The self-realization of mortality is coming too fast

We shouldn’t have to calm crying babies who feel today may be their lasts

Some will wonder when the world turned so sour

Sadly, It always was, mass media just updates you every hour

Therein lies the vector for infection

Don’t believe me? Just do some reflection

The powers that be use it to perpetuate a stigma

They cry for peace & justice, but promote war and injustice, Hypocritical Enigma

You’ll always hear of the cop killing of a cafeteria

But never go the one fired for talking to the man filled with hysteria

The real reason Stephen Mader was canned was for not making the kill

Is violent deaths & Sadness the only thing churned out by this media mill?

Not always, but mostly because it gives them power

The power to keep us disjointed, weak, & only able to cower

I see the state of my world and simply glower

With a burning desire to turn back time to our world’s finest hour

Amorous Felony

handcuff-hearts

I’m here to make an accusation

Of this crime of felonious infatuation

Without any resistance on my part

She came through and stole my heart

With me so deep in this world of grime

It was easy for her to commit the crime

She came through all the ups and downs

Easily broke through my frowns

Came to me when I was at the brink of deaths acceptance

To force me to fight for my existence

Go to war just to stand by her side

Doing all God would allow me to make her my bride

The cliché says it was my heart that she stole

But in truth she merged with me, becoming one with my soul

Turning the cacophony of my life to the perfect symphony

Even if it was an amorous felony

Passion Pen

Passion Pen

Tell me, how long has it been?

Since I made you cum with the stroke of a pen

The sweet whispers to your heart that have you about to bust

Because you know every word is more than lust

It’s a passion that drives me deeply into your core

So eager to find your sensitives areas and explore

Deeper into the fathoms of your love, leaving your tummy sore

Breathing heavy as my tantalizing makes your stomach ripple

Making your soul shiver by sucking on your nipple

The way I take command of you isn’t fair

But I expect no less than submission when I pull your hair

I want it all, your love, loyalty & lust, the total package

In return I’ll bend you over the way you like, as a true savage

You’re going to get it every way you like don’t fret

I have an insatiable need to keep you wet

Now you got me ready to conquer you all over again

All because you got me started with this pen

Introductions

Introductions

Hi, we haven’t met

So I’m kind of a stranger, but don’t fret

This is the one case where that’s not bad

Because to you my little angel, I’m dad

You’re the seed that we did sow

But your purpose is to help us both grow

Through teaching & providing I can grow closer to God

Tougher skin will come from your eventual jeers of my Dad Bod

I’ll have to be strong for when you get your first scrap

Help you take flight when you don your first cape

The thought of holding you is one that can’t be beat

Can’t wait for time to push forward so we can finally meet

What Do You See?

thvdeeuis8

Mr. Policeman what do you see

When you see my African-American skin wrapped around the soul within me

Is something in melanin that tells some not to serve & protect?

Or is it simply a different skin tone you reject?

Do you see that I’ve been robbed?

Or do you see us committing robbery as a mob?

Can you fathom an interracial love on your surveillance tape?

Or is it just a blond haired Blue-eyed rape?

Have you seen a Negro reach for their ID?

Or do you empty your gun just cause, turning them into human debris?

Have you seen my compliance & hat I’m unarmed?

Or do you blindly abuse & murder me to save yourself from imaginary harm?

Will you ever understand why we continually protest?

Or do your eyes behold unpatriotic anarchy & civil unrest?

Do you carry the weight of a mother’s tears when her baby dies?

Or do you rejoice like the Lord answered your cries?

Can you understand that the Black has been raped by the blue?

Or is this the only way of life you see as true?

My unlabeled soul ask all you labelers I see,

Mr. Policeman, What do you see?

Her Soul

thap6u68w3

The eyes are the window to the soul

Within hers I see love

In its purest form, it radiates a powerful luminance

But when they tear that light starts to dim

When I regale them my core feels grim

It pains me to see love Necrose to despair

The love now seeps out with a glare

Sadness now corrupts the purity of her gaze

Because over and over again her heart has been razed

The eyes are the window to the torn soul

Within hers I see it begging to be whole

I vow to complete her so I dive into her heart

To the deepest chasm is where I’ll start

From the sadness onslaught I’ll defend

Slowly the soul will mend

Fixing every layer without stop

My job isn’t done until we have love on top

The eyes are the window to the soul

Maintaining the love in hers is my goal.

5 minutes to slip into Darkness

5 Minutes to slip into Darkness
It’s now 1:25

I guarantee if you haven’t by now you won’t make it out alive

i’ve done my best

to keep the darkness at rest

but i can’t help but unleash him to have fun

he’ll rip and rend the fabric of reality until it comes undone

as my older brother would say, it’s a murder-death-kill-homicide

but why think so small when it could be a hate crime-assault-genocide

one such as my darkness could bring the human race to extinction’s brink

and when he’s done he’ll just gently wash his hands in the sink

I know you may wonder how words such as these come so easy

you never realized that my nice side just makes me queasy

yup it’s official i switched over

the world has no luck even if you have a silly clover

i’ve tried to deal with the world as an agent of light

now the world will have to deal with me as an agent of fright

now it’s 1:30

Humph, and by the time you read this I hope your soul feels dirty.
this is the result of a bad day……a fall from grace

a desire to take your face

and simply put it in it’s place………. under my timberland.

Candlelight

Up all day just to work all night

Dealing with those fearing. Hurricanes might/

When the sun rises the world is still devoid of light/

It makes it joyous to come home to breakfast by candlelight/

The warmth of the ration intensifies by the flame/

Thanking your loved one by whispering their name/

It’s this flame that makes it worth continuing this game/

This simple gesture of light in the dark is to blame/

As the storm passes and the sun is in sight/

Remember when your whole world was simply candlelight/
